INDIVIDUAL Student Planning
As the title suggests, Individual Student Planning is all about the individual. These are services that a counselor tailors specifically to each individual student they meet with. This includes, but is not limited to, goal setting, problem solving, education in understanding of self, and transition plans.
Community Resources
Community Family Connections: Community & Family Connections (CFC) assists families living in transition (homeless), as well as assists families applying for Medicaid/CHP+ and provides resources for other medical concerns.

Jefferson County Juvenile Assessment Center (JCJAC): A dynamic program that provides a wide range of services through a collective effort between Juvenile Assessment Center Staff, Jefferson Center for Mental Health (JCMH), Department of Human Services (DHS), the First Judicial District’s Attorney’s Office, and the R-1 School District.

Jefferson Center for Mental Health: JCMH is a non-profit mental health services provider that serves Jeffco, GIlpin and Clear Creek counties.
